Delivery Information

RETAIL ORDERS

Thank you for choosing PME Cake for your cake supplies needs! We want to ensure that your orders are shipped in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our retail shipping policy.

DELIVERY

Shipping Methods:

a. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service.

b. The estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of checkout. Please note that these are estimated times and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

 

Processing Time:

a. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

b. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within the next 1-2 business days.

Domestic USA Mainland Delivery is $7.95

 

ALASKA - HAWAII

Delivery to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii is $19.95

Restricted items can’t be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. These items are Luster Sprays, Edible Glaze, Velvet Spray and Cool ‘N Set Spray.

 

PUERTO RICO – US VIRGIN ISLANDS

Delivery to addresses in Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands is $19.95

Restricted items can’t be shipped to Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. These items are Luster Sprays, Edible Glaze, Velvet Spray and Cool ‘N Set Spray.

 

CANADA

Delivery to addresses in Canada is $19.95

 

Order Tracking:

a. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a carrier and tracking number.

b. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

 

Undeliverable or Returned Packages:

a. If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

b. If a package is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable, we will contact the customer to determine the appropriate action. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs of redelivery charges  and any other fees incurred.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

a. We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, but in the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@pmecake.com and include an image of any damages.

 

RETURNS

We are confident that you will love our products, but for your peace of mind, we offer a 28-day from the date the order is shipped refund window. Shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

All refunds made will be reimbursed to the same payment card originally used to make the transaction. Please contact our customer service team  sales@pmecake.com with your return details and include your order number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items to ensure safe and timely delivery. Please email us your return tracking number to sales@pmecake.com

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is damaged, used, or not in its original packaging.

Edible Items:

a. Edible/perishable items can’t be returned due to safety food regulations.

b. If you receive a damaged or incorrect edible item, please contact our customer service team sales@pmecake.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please include your order number. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.

 

Non-Edible Items:

a. Non-edible items, such as baking tools, cake pans, and decorating supplies, can be returned within 28 days from the order shipping date.

b. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition for a return to be accepted.

CANCELATIONS

Customers may cancel their order without incurring any cancellation fees if the order was not shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to our customer service team and include your order number. Orders that have shipped can’t be cancelled.
