How do I open a account?
Creating a account couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is click on the "My Account" button on the top left of your screen and fill in our application form. Our Sales Team will then be in contact to discuss your account.
How do I see prices?
To be able to see prices of our products you need to be a registered customer.
How do I see my account information and change my personal details?
Once you have signed in, to view your account information simply click on "My Account" button on the top left-hand side of your screen which will open up your account screen, followed by clicking on the "Update Your Details" button. From here you will be able to change your personal details.
How do I edit or add new addresses?
Once you have signed in, to view your addresses, simply click on your the "My Account" button on the top left-hand side of your screen which will open up your account screen followed by clicking on the "Manage Your Delivery Addresses" button. From here you will be able to edit your current addresses by clicking on the "edit" or add a new address by clicking on the "Add Address" button.
How do I view my order history and get a copy of my invoice?
Once you have signed in, to view your order history and past invoices, simply click on "My Account" on the top left-hand side of your screen which will open up your account screen followed by clicking on the "View Your Order History". From there you are able to see all your past and current orders, and their current status, you are also able to get a copy of your invoice, the details of your order and also reorder that order.
What is my PO number?
If you require a PO number: for orders made through this site we will use your order reference for the PO number.
How do I view my Wishlist?
There are two ways to be able to see the items which are on your Wishlist. Note that you will have to be signed in to view this. 1. Once you have signed in, to view your addresses, simply click on your "My Account" on the top left-hand side of your screen which will open up your account screen, followed by clicking on the "my Wishlist" button. This will allow you to see the items saved to your list. 2. On top of each page when you have logged in you will be able to see the Wishlist icon. By clicking on this it will allow you to see the items saved to your list.
How do you ship my orders?
There are two ways in which orders can be shipped: either by arranging the pickup of your order through your own courier (and obtain your package details for your courier by calling our customer service team - -makes no sense!), by using the Contact Us section of our website. What if I am missing an item that I have ordered?

Can I amend my order?
